Choice of Traditional/Gabled Roof (Rancher or Craftsman), Single Slant Roof (Forester), or Barn Style Roof.
Delivery and installation on a prepped/level lot.
Limited 5-year warranty on workmanship. This does not include settling or items covered under manufacturer warranty.
All buildings come standard with Douglas Fir T1-11 Vertical Slats 4” O/C siding.
100% Wood – no inferior, toxic particle board, or OSB.
May request primed whitewood for painting.
2″x4″ Douglas fir studs (framing): 16″ O/C floor, 24″ O/C walls, and Trusses (roof).
Standard framing includes double top plates.
Moisture barrier in roof, floor, and walls (all synthetic roof paper and Tyvek house wrap).

3/4″ CDX plywood flooring (NO OSB).
4″ concrete leveling blocks, up to 6″ of leveling included.
Pressure Treated 4×4 skids.
1/2″ CDX roof plywood (NO OSB).
30-Year standard black architectural composition roof.
36″, 42″ or 48″ single out-swing shed door.
Keyed Lever or T-handle lockable door handle with black colonial hinges.
Choice of wall height from 7’4 ½” standard, may upgrade to taller or shorter if needed.
Gables over 12′ must have manufactured trusses and will incur additional charges.
Side walls over 12′ must have some type of spreader bar to keep walls from spreading. i.e loft, 4×4 etc.

We recently worked with Tony and his team to have a Shed/Cabana built at our camping spot. We met with Tony and told him what we were looking for and he invited us to his office and gave us a tour so we could see how the process works. This made us feel really comfortable and confident with the company. You could see that Tony was proud of his company and it shows in the workmanship. Tony was great to work with, he understood our needs and worked closely with us as we made all the various decisions on how we wanted it to look. Tony’s team were all so friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed working with them and watching the project progress. Tony was really good about keeping us informed on the schedule, and next steps. We couldn’t be more happy with the results! I love the pine walls and the loft, it turned out great! It’s a great place to get out of the rain and play cards or watch home movies. I look forward to lots of family outings now that we have our Cabana! I would highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend if you ever need a custom shed built! Throughout the process, Tony was always happy and patient to help us with questions we had. The construction crew who showed up onsite was friendly, professional, and very hard working. You can tell the quality of the materials used to build the shed is top notch. We are so happy with the results and we now get to have new space to figure out what to do with it - office space, game nights, art studio, playhouse for the kids, you name it! A+++

I felt that all my concerns were heard and incorporated into the final design, and was guided by their experience and professionalism. The quality of materials is high, integrity of all communications was super high, and the shed exceeds my expectaitons for quality work. Their team was super friendly to me, my family, and our adoring dog. They went above and beyond in helping me think through all the elements that I needed to prepare for, inlcuding coaching me and providing an extensive materials list for the gutter I will install myself. They even did a super job at cleaning up the build site. After many years of many projects and contractors, The Original Mini Barns impressed! I'm super grateful and in love with my sweet little red shed. The hardware and finishing is top-notch - and love my little word working cottage that I view from the kitchen window. A++++++++
